24 Hour Accident and Medical Clinic
Our Accident and Medical Clinic provides acute care for patients who present without prior appointment. The urgency of care will be assessed on arrival by our qualified staff.
As part of the After-Hours Health Care Network, Shorecare offers reduced charges - 6pm-8am weekdays, all weekend and Public Holidays.
Patients who qualify include those under 6 years, 65 and over and holders of Community Services and High User cards (please present this card to Reception on arrival).
Due to the unplanned nature of patient attendance, Shorecare provides initial treatment for a broad spectrum of illnesses and injuries which may be life-threatening and therefore require immediate attention. Waiting times will vary based on the severity of other patients' conditions.
If you deem the nature of the accident or illness to be an emergency and of a life-threatening nature please call 111 immediately.
The Smales Farm Accident and Medical clinic is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
